Why empty houses are mathematically inevitable

Ten planets cannot fill twelve houses — and planets rarely spread evenly anyway. The Sun, Mercury and Venus always travel near each other, and many charts pile several planets into one sign or house (a stellium). More concentration on one side means more emptiness elsewhere. 1. Read the cusp sign. The sign beginning the house describes that area's style. Capricorn on the empty 7th: partnerships approached seriously, maturing with age.
2. Find the ruler. Capricorn's ruler is Saturn — locate Saturn in the chart.
3. Read the ruler's condition. Its house shows where the empty house's affairs actually play out; its aspects show how smoothly. Saturn in the 11th: partnership found through friendships and networks, likely later than average, likely durable.
