Welcome to artisticbirthchart.com, operated by Artistic Birth Chart ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We create personalized artistic birth charts, Janam Kundli, Cosmic Wisdom AI guidance, and related digital astrology products based on customer-provided data. Delivery is via email or direct download in digital format only.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and/or USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Web payments are processed securely via Razorpay; Android in-app payments are processed by Google Play. Razorpay Cosmic Wisdom passes provide a fixed 1, 7, 30, or 90 days of access and do not auto-renew.

3. Delivery

Birth charts and Kundli begin generating immediately after payment and are usually delivered within 5 minutes. Cosmic Wisdom subscription access is activated immediately upon successful payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Accounts & Authentication

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Nova AI Service

Nova provides AI-assisted astrological guidance grounded in website calculations and available chart data. Responses are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and may occasionally produce inaccurate information. Do not rely on these responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions. See our Editorial Policy for our AI disclosure.

Unlimited text questions means that we do not charge per ordinary interactive question while an eligible pass or chart-purchase bonus is active. Unlimited access is subject to fair use and is intended for normal personal, human-paced conversations. It does not include automated or scripted requests, bulk generation, scraping, credential or account sharing, resale, attempts to bypass usage controls, or activity that unreasonably affects service availability or provider costs. We may temporarily slow or pause Nova access until the next daily reset, require account verification, or suspend abusive access. These safeguards are designed not to affect normal personal use.

6. Passes, Subscriptions & Renewal

Razorpay web passes are fixed-duration, one-time purchases and never auto-renew. In the Android app, Google Play may offer the 7, 30, and 90-day products as subscriptions; the Play checkout displays whether the selected offer renews. Auto-renewing Play subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Google Play, with access continuing until the provider-reported expiry.

7. Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked full refund on every one-time chart, Kundli, and artwork purchase. Used or active Cosmic Wisdom access periods are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, technical failure, or where required by law or the payment provider. Full details: Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All charts, designs, themes, software, prompts, and content remain the intellectual property of Artistic Birth Chart. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train machine learning models without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, automate, script, or programmatically access the site or Nova beyond reasonable personal use; (b) share paid-access credentials, resell access, or generate content in bulk for third parties; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or prompts; (d) submit false details to abuse trials, promotional pricing, entitlements, or refunds; (e) use the service to harass, defame, or harm others; (f) upload malware, evade rate limits, or attempt to compromise site security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any interpretations, decisions, or actions taken based on the astrological readings or Cosmic Wisdom responses provided. Astrology is offered for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or hosting outages, or third-party service failures.

12. Governing Entity & Law

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. The operating entity is Artistic Birth Chart, with offices in Brooklyn, NY, USA and Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by emailing support@artisticbirthchart.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
