Partner Program Terms

The Artistic Birth Chart Partner Program ("Program") lets approved partners ("Partners", "you") earn a commission for referring paying customers to our website using a unique coupon code we provide.

You must apply with a valid Google account, provide accurate information, and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate Partners at any time for breach of these terms.

Attribution is coupon-based. A commission is earned only when a buyer enters your unique coupon code at checkout and successfully completes a paid order. We do not use cookies or referral links for v1 attribution.

The default commission is 20% of the captured order amount. The default buyer discount is 10%. Both rates may be adjusted on a per-Partner basis by mutual agreement and will be reflected on your dashboard.

Using your own coupon for orders billed to your Partner account email is not permitted and will not earn commission. We may also reverse commissions and suspend accounts in cases of fraud, manipulated traffic, spam, brand-bidding, misleading promotion, trademark infringement, or any other abusive behavior.

Each commission is held for a 14-day refund window. After this window the commission becomes eligible for payout. If a buyer is refunded — fully or partially — within this window, the corresponding commission is reversed in proportion. Eligible and paid commissions may also be reversed in cases of confirmed fraud.

Payouts are processed manually after a Partner request and after we confirm balances. Minimum payout thresholds: ₹500 (INR) and $10 (USD). INR and USD balances are paid separately — currency conversion is not provided. Supported methods: UPI, bank transfer, PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

• Promote the Program honestly. Don't misrepresent prices, features, or guarantees.
• No spam, no unsolicited messaging, no paid search bidding on our brand keywords.
• No incentivized clicks (e.g. cashback or rebate sites that resell discounts) without prior written approval.
• Comply with applicable laws including FTC/ASCI/CAP advertising disclosure rules.

We may provide marketing assets in your dashboard. You may use them only to promote our Program and only while your Partner account is active. All trademarks, logos, and content remain our property.

Either party may end this relationship at any time. On termination, accrued eligible commissions will be paid out at the next payout cycle (subject to the minimum thresholds). Pending commissions in the refund window are forfeited if your account was terminated for cause.

The Program is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability under this Program is limited to commissions earned but not yet paid.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continuing to participate after changes constitutes acceptance.
