Welcome to artisticbirthchart.com. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms:

1. Services

We create personalized artistic birth charts, Janam Kundli, and provide personalized astrology consultations based on customer-provided data. Delivery is via email or direct download in digital format only.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and/or USD. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly Cosmic Wisdom access) are charged according to the selected billing cycle.

3. Delivery

Birth charts and Kundli are generated instantly and typically delivered within 1–2 minutes. Cosmic Wisdom subscription access is activated immediately upon successful payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Accounts & Authentication

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Cosmic Wisdom Service

Our Cosmic Wisdom service provides astrological guidance based on your birth chart data. Responses are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The service may occasionally produce inaccurate information. Do not rely on these responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Cosmic Wisdom subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All charts, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of artisticbirthchart.com. They are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any interpretations, decisions, or actions taken based on the astrological readings or Cosmic Wisdom responses provided. Astrology is offered for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New York, USA.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
