Cosmic Wisdom subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly) work on a flexible cancel-anytime model rather than a refund window:

- Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately.
- You retain full access to Cosmic Wisdom until the end of your current billing period.
- The current billing period itself is non-refundable; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Incorrect Birth Details
Birth chart accuracy depends on the details you provide (date, time, place). If you discover a mistake in your input, contact us within the 7-day window and we'll regenerate your chart for free — no need to claim a refund.
Technical Issues & Delivery Problems
If your file is corrupted, fails to download, or is not delivered for any reason, we'll re-deliver immediately at no cost. The 7-day refund remains available even after re-delivery.
Chargebacks
Because our refund process is fast and friction-free, we ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is filed without first reaching out, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account and to contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and our refund offer.
