Refund Policy – Artistic Birth Chart

Thank you for choosing artisticbirthchart.com. We create and deliver customized artistic birth charts, Janam Kundli, and Cosmic Wisdom services as digital products based on the details you provide.

Digital Products (Birth Charts & Kundli)

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been processed and the chart has been delivered. Charts are typically generated and delivered within 1–2 minutes of order placement.

Cosmic Wisdom Subscription Plans

Cosmic Wisdom subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly) are non-refundable once activated. However:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will retain access to Cosmic Wisdom features until your billing period expires.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Incorrect Details Provided

Please ensure that all birth details (date, time, place) are correct before submitting. We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds or re-deliveries may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• The delivered chart is entirely unrelated to the order placed.
• A technical error prevented delivery of your purchase.

How to Request Assistance

For assistance with any issues, email us at support@artisticbirthchart.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order ID and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery.
